Homemade Pita Chips

These are so easy. So easy I feel guilty sharing them as a “recipe”.

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take two whole pitas and slice into eighths (like a pizza). Split the top from the bottom strip. Dip each strip in olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.  Pop ’em in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.  And you’re done!
