This weekend, Mr. P&F and I (Mrs. P&F) went around to a few local bike shops on the hunt for a new bike for me. I don’t think I’ve ridden one since I was about 10 years old and was quite intimidated entering each store. In fact, I was afraid that despite the old adage “it’s just like riding a bike” I was going to fall flat on my face in front of everyone in the store which would be way cool. Not. My obvious solution to this was to have Mr. P&F do the test ride for me in-store to save me the embarrassment. Fast forward a bit and we ended up returning to the first bike shop we stopped in, Kozy’s Cyclery, to purchase the bike that first caught my eye. It had just the right amount of vintage appeal and style (mountain biker I am not) and even had a bell! I’m totally in love with it. I worked up the nerve to take it for a spin out on a bike trail with Mr. P&F and we had the best time. I didn’t wipe out either! Hope you all had a great weekend!
